Great Day Out Lauren & Jon 12/03/2011

PHOTO'S TO COME

The day started well with the picking up of Lauren and the girls, we did arrive a tad early (like an hour early) and made sure we were all set for the day as we parked up in the driveway. After introducing the Twilight team we proceeded to get the drinks at the ready and make sure once again all was good to go, as the departure time arrived so did the Bride and Bridesmaids along with Alan (Lauren’s father). We commenced our trip with an expected travel time of 30 minutes however we were looking to arrive a tad late in the traditional way so I pulled over along our route and decided to have a chat with Lauren and her team to make sure everyone was comfortable and Alan was doing ok to kill some of that extra time we had available.

Back on the road again heading towards the wonderful Duckstein Winery for the wedding reception, all Lauren and Jon’s friends were gathering on the small island on the lake in readiness for our arrival. We arrived and headed toward the rear of the winery were we were greeted by the fantastic staff from the winery, we sat for a small time allowing the photographer to grab some wonderful shots of Lauren and her father Alan sitting on the rear seat. Once done everyone was out and making sure they were all good for the (what can feel like a long) walk toward Jon and the boys.

The grounds looked great and the setting was brilliant as family and friends watched on in happiness to see the wonderful couple marry. After the ceremony it was time for some more photos so whilst this was going on Kerry and I returned to the 10 Seater Chrysler 300C Super Stretch and waited for the wonderful group to return. Lauren & Jon arrived at the vehicle and after some refreshment we headed off to one of the wonderful beach areas around Margaret River region where some more photography was being completed. After this we then headed toward another small location around the coastline, upon arriving the car park was full (and small) however we managed to reverse park our Super Stretch Limousine in a parking bay allowing the couple to head off toward the beach for some more photos.

Upon their return we had the carpet out and the ladies shows all lined up in readiness for their return, after cleaning the beach sand off their feet the bridal party were then enjoying some refreshments in the car park before we were scheduled to return to the reception where the family and friends were already gathered. We were all set and ready for our return so it was off we went again, driving toward the Duckstein once again, we arrived right on time and let our special guests out for one more round of photographs. At this point we left waving to the wonderful couple and their bridal party.

Congratulations to you both Lauren and Jon, the Twilight Team wish you both happiness for ever more and hope you continue to enjoy each other and your friends. Thank you for allowing Twilight Limousines to be a part of your special day.

Fun Time For All 5/3/2011

The Twilight team headed south to meet and collect Claire from Bunbury, after collecting her, Claire’s dad Bruce mother Dorothia and our beautiful bridesmaids we then travel to Busselton for the ceremony which was being held at the wonderful Goose restaurant at 3:45pm. The trip down was grand as Claire was enjoying many of her favourite artists like Michael Jackson and Brianna for example, we we’re bopping along to the beat and singing fun was being had by all as our guest sipped some champagne they had brought along. Both Karen and I knew we would be in for a fibulas time.

We set ourselves up to arrive around 10mins late allowing for tradition however as we headed down the main street of Busselton we received a phone call to advise the boys had left their flowers at the accommodation and needed to head up the road and grab them, this prompted us to do a lap and take in some sights, in and around Busselton. We knew it would not be long as the place they were staying was only a couple of minutes up the road. Sure enough, as we started our turn at the main round-a-bout we started to head back toward the Goose once more.
As we arrived we pulled up a tad to allow Claire, mum and Dad as well as the girls some time to get sorted before the final walk of singlesom, the whole trip down was a relaxed one and as said everyone had a fun time. Normally we would watch the ceremony from a distance however Claire asked if we would like to join, which we did. Once the ceremony had finished and the marriage certificate was being signed we had to rush over and congratulate Bruce and Dorothia and say hi to Mike and Kylie from Pixel Magic who I must say always do a wonderful job on the day and their photo’s are taken with passion.

Anyways after some photos were taken at the Goose we then headed off to Wonnerup allowing some wonderful shots to be taken, the whole bridal party had a fantastic time and both Claire and Ben were surrounded by their wonderful friends and the images I have no doubt will be brilliant I’m sure. We had the sound system up and ensured they were comfortable with water and fluids whilst the shoot was on. From here we again headed back to the Goose where we delivered Claire, Ben and the bridal party in readiness for their reception.

A huge thank you to Claire and Ben for a wonderful time, we’re sure you guys will look after each other and had fun within your time together for many many years to come, congratulations to you both and again thank you for allowing Twilight Limousines to share in your special day.

Hot Hot Hot Weather 26/02/2011

Twilight Limousines didn’t have the best start for the day, after two days of detailing we headed off in the afternoon for our Bride, however along the way we came across some road works, not too bad yea? Sadly we had to travel over a wet section however the real concerns weren’t noticeable until we stopped for ice and some additional drinks. After exiting the vehicle we noticed that water and white product has splashed up both sides of the vehicle, so after moving the vehicle we proceeded to wet n wash the sides of the vehicle still dresses in our best for the day we needed to ensure we stayed clean whilst cleaning the car.

Once we managed to get the car cleaned off it was time to head on again to collect our Bride, our driver however was ringing wet from the earlier cleaning and hadn’t brought a second change of cloths, anyways we arrived to a beautiful Bride Sharee who looked fantastic, in fact all the girls looked great. Once we had everyone on board it was time to head toward the Mindarie Marina for the ceremony.

Both Sharee and Adam looked fantastic and they looked so in love, after some local photographs it was time to move on to a couple of great locations for some more bridal photo’s. We pulled up next to a wonderful monument and whilst the bridal party was grabbing some brilliant shots our driver was trying to cool down using some iced water from the esky. We later headed off to a nice location with a pond and waterfall allowing some great shots through the sun light.

The day was a warm one but I’m sure Sharee and Adam received our best service as usual and enjoyed their time traveling with us, we didn’t travel far as we kept in and around the Marina, once we had finished there we headed back to the upper level of the Marina where the reception was to be held. With some final photographs along side our Chrysler 300C Super Stretched Limousine it was time for us to depart.

Sharee and Adam, thanks for allowing us to be apart of your special day, we do hope you enjoyed the whole experience. Congratulations to you both.

Such a Joyful Time 12/02/2011

Mia and Adam were great, to start with we headed out to Smith Beach Resort where we first met up with Mia and her beautiful bridesmaids and once everyone was on board we took off heading for the Brookland Valley Estate (Flutes) we parked at the entrance for 10mins as we had arrived a tad early. We chatted for a bit and had a few laughs until finally Mia was relaxed and ready to push on. We headed in to this fantastic location arriving at the start of the bridge where Mia her father & mother as well as bridesmaids would walk over.

John and I watched as they headed across the bridge to a lovely open area where Adam and the boys were waiting, the guest were silent as they watched Mia take her place in front. John and I watched and enjoyed the ceremony and before to long it was all done, they were now a married couple and the joy on their faces were wonderful.

After the bridal party headed back to the car and we were once again off to grab some light and photographs of the day. We headed to the beach for some and back to the flutes (entrance area) for more. We had a wonderful time, the music was fun and everyone was having a ball dancing and enjoying what was on offer. We were still playing around and watch the two coaches’ pass by with the entire guest on board, even some light vehicles passed by honking there horns.

Finally it was time to separate Twilight Limousines Services from Mia and Adam as we dropped the bridal party at the reception rear where they would make a grand entrance. If allowed I’m sure we would have stayed on to enjoy the atmosphere on offer as the whole day was a fantastic time for us all.

Again guy’s thanks for sharing you day with us, enjoy what life brings and hold on to each other through think and thin.
